“Impact for our partners and for French citizens alike”
The year 2025 and the first months of 2026 confirmed one fact: the world is becoming harsher. In response, France is adapting by undertaking a far-reaching overhaul of its international partnerships policy. Greater clarity and effectiveness: this is the ambition set by the President of the Republic. The aim is to pursue an investment policy grounded in solidarity, sustainability and a humanist vision.
Expertise France is at the heart of this strategy. It helps translate the priorities of our diplomatic action into concrete results in areas such as peace and security, governance, health, and a sustainable and inclusive economy. Its missions are designed to deliver tangible impact, for the benefit of our international partners and of French citizens alike.
In the most exposed areas, its engagement is decisive. In Ukraine, it supports the resilience of the State and prepares for reconstruction. In Syria, it works as close as possible to communities and supports the strengthening of institutions. In our European neighborhood and in the Indo-Pacific, it advances our strategic priorities, from combating drug trafficking to fighting climate change.
